Amanda Allen - Board of Directors
Amanda Allen holds a B.A. in Business Administration (minor Criminal Justice) from the University of Phoenix. She has worked in the field of education for the past 10 years. She specializes in partnering organizations with schools to build communities and to better use
company resources. Her purpose for educational partnering is to meet the needs of decreasing budgets in schools by creating partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and nonprofits.
Calvin Jones - Board of Directors Calvin Jones has years of ministry experience helping the homeless, and assisting with programs that provide food, clothing and shelter
to the those in need. He has received certifications from various leaders of several churches, and is very effective in ministering in urban poverty sticken areas.
JoEl McNair - President and Founder
JoEl McNair holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from University of Detroit Mercy and has been employed as a Registered Nurse since 2001. He has served as Coordinator for the Male Responsibility Program with the Detroit Urban League for 1.5 years. Also, he has performed the duties of Conflict Resolution Consultant for Wayne County Neighborhood Legal Services for 6 years. JoEl has been a motivational key speaker for presentations in over 50 public schools in and around Detroit Michigan and has mentored in over 40 public schools in and around Detroit Michigan.
